Shipping Policies
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Unless otherwise specified, ground shipping will be charged for each item in the shopping cart. Customers may request a different shipping method or carrier (UPS or USPS) by selection during checkout.
Our Standard Military shadowboxes will typically ship within (14-21) days of receiving the order. While more complex shadowboxes such as Security Forces, Fire Protection, and Function Badge Shadowboxes typically ship within 30 days. Please contact us at 210-837-8541, if you have any questions about the shipping schedule. If you order in the evening or weekend your order will process the following day and shipment will occur from that day. We will notify the Customer of any delays in shipment.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
All Wholesale order shipping will be based on available shipping containers and packaged by Devine Woodcrafts in such a way prevent damage and minimize cost for the customer.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All Designs requests that are not on our website will be considered custom, so please contact Devine Woodcrafts at devinewoodcrafts@gmail.com or 210-837-8541 to request a quote. Our custom order process involves, dialogue with the customer, generation of a drawing, and a quote. Once the Quote is accepted, we will send you an invoice that will allow you to pay. Once the invoice is paid, your order is then added to the schedule. All quotes will be valid for 30 days, after which you must contact us and verify no changes are necessary.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All APO, FPO, Hawaii, and Alaska addresses are shipped Priority Mail via U.S. Postal Service. For APO and FPO addresses, once your order enters the military mail system, it is subject to “space available” and delays can occur.
SALES TAX POLICY
Orders Purchased in Texas or have a Texas shipping destination will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
PAYMENT METHODS
Devine Woodcrafts accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and Cash.
RETURNS
Please contact Devine Woodcrafts within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise and we will work with you to either resolve the issue or provide you with a return label. Merchandise returned without the proper authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
Merchandise that sustained damage during shipment must be resolved with the carrier’s customer service. Devine Woodcrafts will work with the Carrier and customer, to provide any necessary information and assistance required to correct the issue.
